Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If it has been more than 30 days since you received the original purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Exchanged items will not extend this guarantee period and the number of exchanges is limited to 2 times.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in its original packaging.

Non-defective items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you cancel your order before processing starts, we will refund your payment minus transaction fees incurred by kittydiy.shop.


You have 60 days from the order date to notify us of non-receipt of your item. Refund eligibility expires after 60 days.


Our refund policy does not cover mail refusals. A unique return address must be generated for each refund or exchange.


Non-returnable items include:


  1. Perishable items (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).
  2. Intimate or hygienic products.
  3. Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases.
  4. Gift cards, downloadable software, some health/personal care products.


To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Do not send items to the address on the envelope—request a return address when applying for a refund/exchange.


Partial refunds may apply if:
  1. The item is not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to non-our fault.
  2. The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds process:
  1. After receiving/inspecting your return, we will email confirmation and approval status.
  2. If approved, refunds will be transferred to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
For delayed/missing refunds:
  1. Check your bank account/payment method.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank.
  3. If issues persist, email oopsdiy01@gmail.com.
On-sale items cannot be refunded—only regular-priced items are eligible.

Exchanges are only for defective/damaged items. Email oopsdiy01@gmail.com to request an exchange and use the address provided by our team (not the original shipping address).


Gifts:
  1. If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive gift credits mailed after return processing.
  2. If not marked as a gift, the refund goes to the original purchaser, who will be notified.
Shipping:
  1. Return shipping costs are your responsibility and non-refundable.
  2. Original shipping fees are non-refundable; return shipping may be deducted from refunds.
  3. Exchange delivery times vary by location/season.
  4. Delayed shipping extends the 30-day warranty (starting from receipt date) but does not qualify for a refund.
  5. For items over $75, use trackable shipping/insurance—we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
